The person behind the work
THD Agency was founded by Tom Harris, who's spent over 12 years working in digital marketing — not the "set up a campaign and hope for the best" kind, but the complex technical implementations that most agencies struggle with or outsource quietly.
That includes managing Google Ads accounts from startup budgets to £2m+/year in spend, building server-side tracking architectures from scratch, wrestling with Consent Mode V2 compliance, developing custom AI tools for ecommerce, and unpicking years of tracking debt on platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce.
The consultancy started as a solo operation and is now scaling into a small, focused team. The model is productised: clear packages, transparent pricing, defined outcomes. No timesheets, no vague retainers, no "we'll see how it goes."
